Requirements
- A 4th Class Power Engineering ticket.
- At least two (2) years' experience of performing repairs in a food processing plant.
- Knowledgeable in mechanical, electrical and refrigeration systems.
- Able to use power and manual tools.
- Can read, write and communicate in English.
- Can provide documentation to prove eligibility to work in Canada.
Nice To Haves
- Having a Provincial Millwright Journeyman certificate or a recognized inter-provincial equivalent is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Boiler operation of a high-pressure boiler.
- Maintaining all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant.
- Performing daily pre-operational inspections and repairs as necessary.
