Job Summary This job is responsible for testing and certifying the company's internet protocol network and CRAN infrastructure. It involves rigorous evaluation of new hardware, configurations, and services. The role ensures reliable network deployment and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Providing technical advice and support for real-time analysis, control, and operation of network devices within the converged networks
  • Executing test plans to validate configuration, hardware, and new features for network deployments
  • Interfacing with network engineering to preserve the integrity and functionality of the test bed area
  • Testing and certifying network configurations and hardware, ensuring compatibility before network integration
  • Offering technical Tier 5 support to troubleshoot complex network problems and simulate network issues
  • Ensuring comprehensive system and bug fix completion in new software and hardware releases
  • Collaborating with vendors to facilitate new product releases and incorporate technological advancements
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all testing procedures and certification results
  • Keeping stakeholders informed of work activity statuses, progress, and business issues related to network operations
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
