You’ll maintain and develop test standard work, coordinate test cell tooling and correlation needs, and work closely with MRO test teams to implement process improvements that enhance both quality and efficiency. In this role, you’ll build a strong foundation in engine test operations by learning how to interpret test yield data, spot performance trends, and support basic problem‑solving efforts. You’ll develop practical collaboration skills by working with experienced engineers, quality teams, and test sites across the network. You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to creating and maintaining standard work, understanding vibration issues, and supporting test cell correlation activities.
