Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years leading multi-platform data, cloud, or enterprise integration engagements, including direct hands-on Snowflake implementation experience at scale.
• Experience architecting or leading one of the largest Snowflake consumption instances delivered in the SLED or federal market strongly preferred.
• Working fluency across Snowflake, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Tableau sufficient to validate design decisions across all four layers.
• Federal or public-sector delivery experience; familiarity with FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, and Section 508 requirements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to manage senior client relationships under a COR governance model

Nice To Haves

• PMP, TOGAF, or equivalent leadership/architecture certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own overall technical direction and solution integrity across the Data Foundation, Integration Fabric, Engagement, and Insight layers.
• Serve as the client-facing technical leader, building and maintaining client's confidence in delivery quality sprint over sprint.
• Review and approve major architecture and design decisions made by the Database Architect, Integration Engineers, and Salesforce Lead Engineer before they are presented to the client.
• Oversee the two-week discovery sprint and ensure the use case backlog, data source inventory, integration architecture, and 90-day roadmap are delivered on schedule.
• Chair or co-chair sprint reviews, resolve cross-track dependencies, and manage technical risk in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Support mobilization planning so certified resources are onboarded within two to three weeks of award.
• Be available for client’s interview prior to award and represent Brite in scoping and key-personnel review sessions.
