The Engagement Manager is a key client-facing role responsible for cultivating strong, trust-based relationships and driving revenue growth through a consultative inside-sales approach. This role blends strategic account management with day-to-day sales execution, utilizing established methodologies such as the Sandler Selling System to support client satisfaction, retention, and account expansion. The Engagement Manager develops a clear understanding of client goals and maintains a working knowledge of FIT’s products and services to proactively recommend solutions that deliver long-term value. This role is accountable for completing the activities outlined in their sales cookbook and consistently progressing toward defined KPIs and role-specific performance outcomes.
