The Engagement Manager role is within the Medical practice and involves leading strategic medical affairs engagements, driving business growth, and developing teams. The role requires a consultant with a strong technical background in real-world evidence (RWE), health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), and epidemiology modeling, combined with medical affairs expertise to strategically apply this evidence. The primary client base is in the U.S., with a global perspective on medical strategy, evidence generation, and drug development.
