The Engagement Manager is a key member of the Commercial Strategy team responsible for leading strategic engagements across Commercial Banking's lines of business. This individual will partner directly with senior leaders and business unit heads to design, execute, and deliver high impact strategic initiatives that drive growth, improve efficiency, and support the bank's long-term vision. Engagements span a wide range of strategic priorities, including identifying new growth markets, new products, and new industries, as well as enhancing product offerings, strengthening the coverage model, evolving the business operating model, and improving services and processes. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for executive and Board level audiences.
