Required Qualifications Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree required; ● 2+ years experience in higher education, alumni relations, recruitment, event coordination, or a related field. ● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. ● Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. ● Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse stakeholder groups. ● Demonstrated knowledge of social media platforms and best practices, with the ability to leverage digital engagement strategies to support outreach and recruitment efforts. ● Comfort with travel, occasional evening/weekend work, and managing logistics in fast-paced environments. ● Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently while contributing effectively within a dynamic team structure. Strong aptitude for learning and utilizing new technologies and data systems.
