Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • 15+ years of software and leadership experience
  • Familiarity with RF and software-defined radios
  • Strong written and verbal technical communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Previous experience leading space programs
  • Familiarity with automated build pipelines such as, gitlab, Jenkins, Ansible, & Atlassian tools
  • Familiarity with OpenC3's COSMOS (https://openc3.com/)
  • US citizenship status

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of embedded space payload applications
  • Design software architectures for new programs
  • Shape future proposal efforts
  • Communicate technical information in consumable formats to internal and external audiences
  • Mentor & empower rising software engineers
  • Collaborate across sites and across disciplines
