Requirements

High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED) or related experience and/or training is required.
Valid Driver’s License is required.
The ability to sit, stand, stoop, crawl, climb, crouch balance kneel, walk, and work on a cash register for a prolonged period of time is required.
Ability to work in all weather conditions, lift, push or pull up to 100-pounds of weight at any one given time is essential.
Comfortable working around and being exposed to moving parts, fumes, airborne particles and chemicals is required.
Effective written and verbal communication with a customer service focus.
Proficient in data entry.
Strong business acumen including time management, planning, organization and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Efficient problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing situations.

Responsibilities

Performing inspections and preventative maintenance of vehicles and equipment
Performing tire services and general maintenance
Obtaining a forklift certification
Filling and handling propane cylinders
Recording sales transactions
Receiving payments for services and/or products
Greeting customers in a friendly manner assisting with finding merchandise or services
Promoting the CPI business, programs, and products that are offered
Stocking shelves, displays and service items
Performing housekeeping duties both inside and outside of the facility
Aiding the Energy Division with accounting functions along with monthly accounting inventories and other reports
