About The Position

Ag View FS is hiring an Energy Specialist who wants to learn the energy business from the ground up and grow with us. You will learn all aspects of our business: diesel fuel, lubricants, propane, customer service, tank storage equipment and regulations, and how to work as part of a strong team. This is a learn-and-grow position, not a single-task job. We will train you in our way of doing business and give you room to take on more as you grow. For the right person, additional opportunities in the FS System are endless. No experience required. You don’t need a background in energy or sales. What we need is someone who is driven, curious, and eager to learn. We’ll teach you the energy business, from tanks and equipment to Dieselex Gold, Suprex Gold ESP, and FS Propane. You’ll learn alongside experienced teammates who want to see you succeed. If you’re willing to work hard, take coaching, and grow with an already successful team, we’ll give you the training and the opportunity to build a rewarding career. Ag View FS, Inc. is a farmer/member owned agricultural cooperative headquartered in Princeton, Illinois, and part of the GROWMARK/FS system. We supply energy, including diesel, DEF, lubricants, and propane, to farms and businesses across northern Illinois. Our people, our service, and our local ownership set us apart, and we invest in growing talent from within. Our energy business is growing, and so is our team. We have seen strong growth in diesel, DEF, and lubricant volume, and we are earning new customers through service, product quality, and the people who stand behind them. When you join Ag View FS, you are joining a successful team with real momentum and room for people to make their mark.
