We boldly go. Trane in Denver, CO is hiring an Energy Services Senior Project Manager! The Energy Services Senior Project Manager is responsible for project financials, implementation, execution and management, and customer satisfaction for all assigned projects. They lead the project team through all facets of the project from project development and preconstruction through closeout and is the established point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The Energy Services Senior Project Manager manages a portfolio of projects that could contain both smaller turn-key and larger multi- building or complex construction projects. The Energy Services Senior Project Manager is knowledgeable on current job market and pricing strategies and has the ability to support sales functions for developing scope, schedules, and budgets through the RFQ process. The Energy Services Senior Project Manager will lead the project and collaborate with other team members.

Requirements

Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Project Management Degree
Experience with Project Schedules / PM Construction Software, such as Procore, Or - Combination of degree greater than 7 years' experience
Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.

Responsibilities

Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and developing communication plans with both internal and external stakeholders to provide timely project updates
Leads all aspects of project execution including, responsibility for knowledge of and adherence to contract terms and penalty clauses and / or liquidated damages, analyzing reporting to identify project deficiencies and provide guidance on corrective actions, managing projects to business compliance, project documentation, EHS guidelines, and maneuvering through governing agencies requirements including the state, city, county, federal and local level
Financially manages all aspects of projects including cash flow, monthly forecasted cost / revenue, forecasted cost at completion, implementing change management, monitoring expenses, collections support, applied cost, and oversees preparation and communications for monthly backlog review with leaders.
Validate project scope, cost, and schedule by reviewing contract and subcontract documents, holding internal and external meetings and establishing customer expectations, and identify risks while managing mitigation plans
Utilizes properly qualified subcontractors, awards subcontracts, manages subcontractor execution, and collaborates with subcontractors to establish communication guidelines for project progress, project meetings, billing expectations and project safety.
Create and maintain project schedules utilizing tasks, dependencies, milestones
