About The Position

The Energy Service Technician/Driver plays a key role in supporting our Energy Division by delivering bulk and packaged fuels and lubricants to agricultural, commercial, and residential customers. This position also assists with the installation, maintenance, and repair of fuel and lubricant equipment. The successful candidate will work closely with the Energy Division sales team and report directly to the Energy Division Manager.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Hazardous Materials (HazMat) and Tanker endorsements, or the willingness to obtain required endorsements.
  • Working knowledge of MSDS/SDS labeling and safe handling procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and safety.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in agriculture, agribusiness, petroleum delivery, or a cooperative environment.
  • Experience installing, servicing, or repairing fuel and lubricant equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Safely deliver gasoline, diesel fuel, lubricants, and other petroleum products to customer locations.
  • Deliver, install, maintain, and repair fuel and lubricant equipment.
  • Ensure customer deliveries are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Respond to customer questions and concerns in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive and professional image of the company at all times.
  • Demonstrate reliability, integrity, accountability, and a strong commitment to quality work.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, sales staff, and management.

  • Coordinate with management to ensure proper maintenance of vehicles, equipment, and company property.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
