About The Position

Our Queens sales team is growing fast, and we're looking for motivated individuals ready to join a high-performance, high-earning environment. This is a full-time role where you'll generate leads, meet with customers, and close deals from start to finish. With weekly pay, guaranteed earnings, and uncapped commissions, average reps earn $1,200–$1,500 per week, while top performers earn $2,000–$4,000+/week—translating to $62K–$200K+ annually. We provide paid training, a proven system, and supportive leadership so you can start strong and grow quickly.
Requirements
- 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM
- Coachable, self-motivated, and growth-minded
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
Nice To Haves
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus—full training provided
- Previous D2D, telecom, or retail sales background? You're already ahead
Responsibilities
- Generate your own leads and meet customers across the NYC metro area
- Present solutions, build relationships, and close deals from start to finish
- Walk customers through a smooth, accurate enrollment process
- Manage your pipeline and hit weekly performance goals
- Build your skills daily through hands-on experience, training, and coaching
