About The Position
This Energy Marshal will be working on-site in Haskell, TX. This is a full-time role.
Requirements
- Experience in electrical safety within mission critical or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of LOTO and energized systems
- Ability to enforce safety standards and stop work
Responsibilities
- Enforce electrical safety protocols including LOTO, NFPA 70E, and energized work procedures
- Act as on-site authority for all energized work and high-risk electrical activities
- Coordinate energization sequencing with MEP and commissioning teams
- Identify and mitigate high-risk conditions in real time
- Maintain permits, logs, and incident documentation
- Support safe transition into commissioning
