This position is responsible for supporting customer inquiries and program implementation on demand response and managed charging programs. This position is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses, tracking response status, coordinating with more senior staff and other parties to resolve questions when necessary, and preparing and maintaining analysis spreadsheets. Provide general support on program implementation and marketing/communications. The position will be expected to learn and stay up to date on program rules and processes, background orders and business rules/standard operating procedures.
