About The Position

Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day-to-day work routine for self and others. Assists in the operation, coordination and delivery of the company’s energy efficiency program through the effective coordination of program implementation processes. Involves research, analysis, and compilation of data necessary to facilitate the rebate fulfillment process and to identify opportunities for increased customer participation and interest in company programs. Responsible for assuring the accuracy and completeness of the records and reports for the energy efficiency program.

Requirements

  • Must possess a working knowledge of business principles and theory at a level normally acquired through the completion of a four-year degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, building science, engineering, or related field.
  • Two years related experience (for Analyst II).
  • Three years related experience, with increasing responsibilities (for Analyst III).
  • Five years related experience, with increasing responsibilities (for Sr. Analyst).
  • Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage or unauthorized access.
  • Required to maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Subject to the Company's substance abuse testing program.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorships considered.

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-lingual in Spanish.
  • Reside within a Cascade Natural Gas service territory.
  • Utility and/or energy-efficiency program experience.
  • Prior experience with public speaking (for Analyst II).
  • Prior experience conducting education and outreach campaigns (for Analyst II).
  • Broad knowledge of marketing principles and developing media campaigns (for Analyst III).
  • Knowledge and/or experience in process improvement and system efficiency (for Sr. Analyst).
  • Knowledge and/or experience in vendor bid/proposal/selection process and contract management (for Sr. Analyst).
  • Broad knowledge of the Energy Efficiency program life cycle of planning, implementation, and evaluation (for Sr. Analyst).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the operation, coordination and delivery of the company’s energy efficiency programs, and the development of program pilots, demonstration projects, and new initiatives.
  • Review, analyze, identify, and confirm energy efficiency and/or demand response programs program eligibility in accordance with applicable tariffs, contracts, rules, and regulations.
  • Ensure customer rebate applications are processed in accordance with program rules and regulations and maintains rebate activity and status reports. Coordinate and maintain the records management function as it relates to programs.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation of Program expenses for accuracy and reporting. Coordinate with other departments (payroll, accounting, accounts payable, HR) to resolve any errors or corrections.
  • Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
