About The Position

Successful candidates will help CLEAResult expand outreach to the local community to raise awareness among students and interested job seekers to participate in utility sponsored Energy Efficiency Careers training.
Requirements
- High School or associate’s degree, bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years’ experience in a career outreach role
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, travel 50% within a defined territory, milage compensation
- Competency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support.
Nice To Haves
- Bi-Lingual a plus
- Experience with technical trades (HVAC/Plumber/Electrician/Carpentry/Weatherization) a plus
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with career centers, community organizations, vocational/technical schools, high schools and colleges to create a steady pipeline of eligible participants.
- Prepare and present career day events, participate in job fairs, expos and community events to bring awareness and recruit participants.
- Build and maintain a database of leads and prospective participants, ensuring ongoing follow-up and engagement.
- Promote our development programs, training paths and opportunities for employment.
- Support all social media and digital campaigns to bring awareness.
- Meet and exceed defined performance metrics.
- Demonstrate flexibility and efficiency in a hybrid role.
