BMC's team of over 250 industry experts manage the portfolio with a hands-on, vertically integrated approach. The Energy & Sustainability Manager oversees BMC's energy management compliance, utility management program and sustainability strategy across the entire portfolio to include residential, office, industrial and retail. This role drives energy and water performance, leads regulatory compliance, manages vendor relationships, resident satisfaction, and long-term asset value. The Manager operates with significant autonomy and serves as the internal subject matter expert on energy, water, benchmarking, and utility cost recovery. The Energy and Sustainability Manager reports to the VP, Energy Management and Sustainability.
