This position is located in our Houston, Texas office with work performed at client site in Houston, TX ( 3 days a week onsite). Responsibilities

  • Partner with colleagues on projects and programmes as a experienced change practitioner to:
  • Build or help build change management plans and manage delivery against these plans.
  • Build or help build change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard
  • Share knowledge and create an environment where members feel motivated, engaged, connected, able to perform to high levels and to grow and develop in their roles.
  • Run one or more change workstreams for IT Programme and Project Managers.
  • Drive business value and business outcomes through measurable change management, for both traditional and Agile deliveries.
  • Work closely and collaborate with peers leading change across other areas of Shell's business.
  • Equip the business with the skills to better manage and sustain change
