Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, Transformation Leadership, or similar roles
  • Experience leading change in large-scale ERP or SAP transformation programs
  • Strong understanding of business functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Shared Services, and IT
  • Proven ability to develop change strategies, communication plans, and training approaches
  • Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Comfortable balancing both strategic planning and hands-on execution
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field
  • Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with S/4HANA specifically (change, training, or transformation)
  • Prosci or similar change management certification
  • Experience supporting global or multi-site business transformation initiatives
  • Advanced analytics capability for measuring adoption, readiness, or risk

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end change management strategy for a major S/4HANA upgrade, spanning design, build, testing, and go-live
  • Drive organizational readiness planning and execution across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Shared Services, and IT
  • Develop and implement communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans
  • Assess change impacts, identify risks, and define mitigation strategies that support adoption and minimize disruption
  • Partner closely with project leadership to integrate change management activities into the overall program plan
  • Facilitate workshops, readiness assessments, and leadership updates to influence decision-making
  • Support business process adoption by aligning change activities with process, system, and organizational shifts
  • Monitor progress and success metrics to ensure readiness, adoption, and business continuity

Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
