About The Position

This is a 6-month term position requiring on-site work in Sacramento, CA, with the possibility of some remote work. The role involves providing IT operations support, including the installation, maintenance, diagnosis, and preparation of computer hardware, printers, plotters, and related peripheral equipment with Microsoft Software products in a networked environment. The technician will also be responsible for diagnosing, researching, and resolving computer issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations support.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of the position, and be able to pass a medical examination and Fitness for Duty screening.
• Must be available to work onsite in Sacramento, CA area office locations.
• Must be able to work onsite after 5pm on pre-scheduled dates, in support of Committee and Board meetings where prep starts at 5pm and A/V support/troubleshooting can continue to midnight or later.
• Able to work with minimal direction, yet also work in a team environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to install, maintain, diagnose, and prepare computer hardware, printers, plotters, and related peripheral equipment with Microsoft Software products in a networked environment.
• Able to diagnose, research, and resolve computer issues.
