About The Position
The Endpoint Engineer will support enterprise endpoint management, application deployment, patch management, and Windows security updates for a government client. This is a contract position based in Virginia, with onsite work required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week. Contractor parking is not provided.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365 experience.
- At least 4 years using an endpoint management system, workstation imaging solution, and ticketing system.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, software packaging, and patch management.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Windows Autopilot, PowerShell, Patch My PC, Microsoft Graph API, and ServiceNow.
- Experience with enterprise vulnerability management tools such as Rapid7, Qualys, Tenable, or Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
Responsibilities
- Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications.
- Manage Windows 11 updates, security patches, and endpoint configurations.
- Administer endpoint management tools and troubleshoot deployment failures.
- Support vulnerability remediation and endpoint compliance.
- Automate deployment and remediation tasks using PowerShell.
