About The Position

The Endpoint Engineer role requires a self-starter with proven, hands-on experience in delivering results. This individual will be a strong practitioner with real-world expertise, capable of assessing the organization and developing improvement strategies. The primary responsibilities include ownership of the Lenovo fleet, developing driver and BIOS management strategies, managing Intune application packaging and deployment, and overseeing Windows Autopilot enrollment and provisioning. Additionally, the role involves Nexthink adoption and health monitoring, Qualys remediation and vulnerability management, AVD endpoint integration and troubleshooting, hardware lifecycle management, handling conference room and executive endpoint escalations, and automating repetitive endpoint processes.
