About The Position

We are currently searching for a per diem Endoscopy Technician to work as needed with availability Monday – Friday. Candidate should be able to work cooperatively with staff and physicians and perform a variety of tasks. This is not a full time job and does not have benefits or paid time off. Potential to lead to full time position based on performance. Candidate must be punctual and dependable. Must be a hands on quick learner willing to take initiative to learn. Attention to detail is a must. Must be willing to clean procedure rooms, assist with stock or do other duties as assigned. Must be a team player.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old
• Possess a HS school diploma/GED
• BLS certification (American Heart Association (AHA) approved course)
• Punctual and dependable
• Hands on quick learner willing to take initiative to learn
• Attention to detail is a must
• Willing to clean procedure rooms, assist with stock or do other duties as assigned
• Must be a team player
• Cell phones are prohibited in procedure room

Nice To Haves

• Experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assisting physicians with procedures
• Handling pathology specimens
• Cleaning procedure rooms
• Restocking and changing over rooms
• Performing housekeeping duties
• Assisting in maintenance of all supplies
