Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Nice To Haves
- Graduate from a technical program preferred.
- Previous experience in an endoscopy setting preferred or previous experience in Central Sterilization
Responsibilities
- Performs cleaning of endoscopes
- Assists RN's in admission process of pre-procedure and intra-procedure and, admission and discharge of post operative patients
- Maintains sanitary conditions of equipment, work areas and stretchers using Universal Precautions at all times
- Stocks supplies delivered from Hospital Stores, Pharmacy or SPD
- Performs other job related duties as requested by supervisor or other registered nurses.
