Koch Center at our NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell campus, sets a new bar in personalized outpatient care - from diagnosis to treatment - by integrating new technologies and innovative clinical approaches to provide the highest quality care and enhance the patient experience. This 750,000-square foot, multi-specialty treatment center is designed to accommodate the latest technologies and features many innovations in the delivery of care to meet patients’ expectations in new ways. Deliver a safe and patient-focused environment for procedures as an Endoscopy Technician at NewYork-Presbyterian/David H. Koch Center. In this role, you will be a trusted member of the patient care team. You’ll assist with procedures and provide nurses and physicians with key observations. Escort patients to procedures. Assist with care planning. Maintain and order equipment supplies, and be the driving force for safety. You’ll play a key role in our hospitals mission: Putting Patients First. Step into a culture of strong bonds between patients and colleagues, and help advance our focus on care and caring. This is a part time position working 7:00am-3:30pm at NewYork-Presbyterian/David H. Koch Center. There are no weekends or holidays required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sterilization procedures and techniques
  • Strong commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of experience as an endoscopy technician, GI technician, GI assistant, or Operating Room technician in a hospital environment
