About The Position
The Endoscopy Technician performs a variety of patient care activities by assisting with procedures, providing clean and functional instruments, and maintaining inventory. These duties are performed under the supervision of a clinical nurse. The position is based at Royal Oak Hospital, a major academic and referral center with Level I adult and Level II pediatric trauma designations. The hospital has Magnet designation and houses Michigan’s first Diagnostic Imaging Center of Excellence.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
