About The Position
The Endoscopy Tech is a caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a patient or group of patients for a designated time frame. The role provides care through therapeutic use of self, the patient care/problem-solving or nursing process, the environment and instrumentation, and other health care team members. The position is based in the Endoscopy South department at CoxHealth South in Springfield, Missouri, and is scheduled for 40 hours per week, 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on day shift.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in an organized manner.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of Nurse Assistant or related experience.
