About The Position

Endoscopic Technician - Endoscopy at Providence St. Jude Medical Center, Fullerton, CA. This position is Full Time and will work 10-hour, Day shifts. Working under the supervision of the Endoscopy Nurse Manager and Endoscopy RN, the technician provides assistance or support in all activities of the Endoscopy Service. These duties include but are not limited to, assisting with procedures, cleaning and disinfecting equipment, room clean- up and turn around, ordering and stocking supplies, reporting the need for maintenance of equipment, and clerical duties as needed. Requirements

• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Nice To Haves

• Upon hire: Current Surgical-OR Tech certification through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
• Upon hire: Certified Flexible Endoscope Reprocessor (CFER).
• GI/Endoscopy tech experience or surgical scrub tech experience.
