Responsible for on-site reprocessing of flexible endoscopes, ensuring surgical supplies, instruments, and equipment are decontaminated, inspected, and documented per manufacturer guidelines and facility policies. Join our new gastrointestinal clinic, as we expand our services, we are excited to open an Endoscope Reprocessing Technician position. In this role, you will be responsible for: Cleaning, disinfecting, and reprocessing endoscopes and accessories Handling, inspection, storing, and documenting devices and equipment Operating and maintaining automated endoscope reprocessors (AER) Providing quality control checks and adhering to infection prevention policies Following safety and infection control protocols If you are looking to play a critical role in supporting clinical teams by ensuring endoscopes are properly maintained and available for procedures, we encourage you to apply and learn even more about this unique role!
Nice To Haves
- High school education is preferred
- Previous experience in sterile processing, endoscope processing, or healthcare is preferred
