Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited program
Completion of an accredited Endodontic Residency Program
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice in Colorado
Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
A passion for patient care and endodontic excellence
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative, team-first mindset

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and periapical tissues
Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, apicoectomies, and other endodontic procedures
Utilize advanced technology, including CBCT and surgical microscopes, to deliver precise and comfortable care
Collaborate with referring dentists and in-house specialists to develop and execute treatment plans
Educate patients on procedures, prognosis, and aftercare to ensure comfort and understanding
Maintain meticulous records and follow-up for optimal patient outcomes
Contribute to an exceptional patient experience and support the growth of the practice
