About The Position

Select Dental Management (SDM) is seeking a patient-focused Endodontist for Kessler Dental Associates in Phoenixville, PA. This part-time role involves working two times per month on Mondays or Wednesdays, with an annual salary of $150,000-$175,000. SDM partners with practices to build thriving environments where dentists can focus on delivering exceptional care, teams feel valued, and patients experience personalized, comfortable, and clinically excellent dentistry. This position offers the autonomy of private practice supported by SDM's operational and educational resources, encouraging clinicians to grow their skills and build rewarding careers.

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required).
5+ years of proven proficiency in endodontic dentistry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be willing to be in-network with various dental plans.

Nice To Haves

GPR or AEGD with an endodontic focus preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver endodontic dental care with a focus on patient comfort, education, and outcomes.
