About The Position

Freedom Dental Health is seeking an outstanding endodontist to join our team at the Delaware Center for Advanced Dentistry (DCAD). Become the go-to endodontic specialist for a large and growing network of general dentists throughout New Castle County. Step into an opportunity with a strong internal referral base supported by numerous Freedom Dental Health practices in the surrounding area. Focus on providing exceptional specialty care while our established teams support patient referrals, scheduling, operations, and practice growth. Opportunity available on either a part-time or full-time basis. Flexible weekday schedule based on the doctor’s availability and the needs of the referral network. Normal business hours between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 or 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. No evening or weekend requirements. DCAD is a premier multispecialty dental center located in Wilmington, Delaware. The practice brings advanced dental specialties together in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Work alongside experienced specialists and general dentists who value communication, interdisciplinary treatment planning, and comprehensive patient care. Practice in a modern clinical setting designed to support advanced specialty dentistry and an exceptional patient experience. Serve patients referred from Freedom practices throughout New Castle County while developing strong relationships with our general dentists and clinical teams.

Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible endodontist.
Committed to delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and compassionate patient care.
Strong communicator who values close relationships with referring dentists.
Collaborative and comfortable working within a multispecialty environment.
Interested in becoming a trusted clinical resource for doctors throughout New Castle County.
Motivated to help build and lead a growing endodontic service line.

Interested in a long-term opportunity with leadership and partnership potential.
Current Delaware dental license or ability to obtain one.
Completion of an accredited endodontic residency program.
