Endodontist
About The Position
Gentle Dental is seeking an Endodontist to support its established practices in Laveen and Avondale, Arizona. The part-time schedule is four days per month: two days at each location. The role offers an established patient base and direct referrals from General Dentists in Gentle Dental’s internal network, with experienced clinical and operational teams providing day-to-day practice support. The Endodontist can focus on specialty patient care while maintaining clinical autonomy and control over treatment planning. The flexible schedule may complement an existing practice or other professional commitments. Compensation is a competitive percentage of production, and the position includes a $25,000 signing bonus.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Certificate from an accredited Endodontic Residency Program.
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible.
- Current Arizona dental license or ability to obtain one before employment.
- Current or ability to obtain required credentials and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI.
Nice To Haves
- One or more years of experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide endodontic specialty care at the Gentle Dental practices in Laveen and Avondale.
- Treat patients referred by General Dentists within the internal referral network.
- Exercise clinical autonomy and control over treatment planning.
