Affinity Dental Management is seeking an Endodontist to join our established specialty network spanning Northeast Hartford County, Connecticut through Western Massachusetts. Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program
- Active Connecticut and/or Massachusetts dental license, or eligibility for licensure
- Commitment to clinical excellence and exceptional patient care
- Collaborative approach to working with referring providers and specialty teams
- New graduates and experienced Endodontists are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat routine and complex endodontic cases
- Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, apical procedures, and other endodontic treatments within your scope
- Utilize advanced technology to support diagnostic accuracy and clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with referring dentists and specialists on comprehensive patient care
- Develop individualized treatment plans with complete clinical autonomy
- Deliver a comfortable, informative, and patient-centered experience
