About The Position

DECA Dental Group | Ideal Dental is seeking an Endodontist committed to high-quality dentistry and excellent patient care. The organization is dentist-founded and dentist-led, with a Clinical Board of doctors that mentors and develops team members. Its multi-specialty practices offer general, orthodontic, surgical, cosmetic, and restorative dental treatments. Practices are modern, fully digital, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, serving mostly fee-for-service and PPO patients.

The Endodontist will provide endodontic care across multiple offices, supported by a personal endodontic team and trained office staff who manage non-clinical practice operations. The role offers autonomy to focus on patient care, a dedicated endodontic team, and patient referrals from the organization’s general practices.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited university (required).
• Graduation from an Endodontics Specialty Graduate Program (required).
• Active or pending state specialty license.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to travel to multiple offices with a personal endodontic support team.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow long-term relationships with patients and team members.
• Provide endodontic treatment to patients of all ages.
• Pursue ongoing clinical and practice-management learning and education.
• Take responsibility for quality of patient care while adhering to high standards of dental ethics and professionalism.
• Travel to multiple offices with a personal endodontic support team.
