Requirements

• Board Certified/ Board Eligible
• Endodontic Residency Certificate
• Accredited Dental School Graduate
• Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI

Responsibilities

• Provide endodontic treatment to patients.
• Accept direct referrals from General Dentists.
• Work in a predominantly PPO practice environment.
• Collaborate with a comprehensive dental office team.
