About The Position
Professional Dental & Orthodontics is seeking an experienced and compassionate endodontist to provide endodontic care in its state-of-the-art dental facility. The endodontist performs treatments to help patients preserve their natural teeth and maintain optimal oral health, working closely with other dental professionals to provide exceptional patient care. Hiring locations listed are Lehi and West Jordan, Utah. The position offers compensation based on production rather than collections, continuing education opportunities, modern equipment and technology, and a supportive, collaborative team culture.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of a residency program in endodontics.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in endodontics.
- Active Utah dental license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform root canal therapy and other endodontic treatments to preserve natural teeth.
- Diagnose and treat dental pain and infection related to the pulp and nerves of the teeth.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with general dentists and other dental specialists to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies in endodontic treatment.
