Requirements

Three (3) years with managing diabetes outpatient
National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP; or Physician Associate/Assistant certification through NCCPA; or ability to obtain prior to employment
Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license or the ability to obtain prior to employment
Current DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
EMR Proficient

Nice To Haves

Three (3) years of endocrinology experience preferred but not required
EPIC experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Treat and care for patients with various aspects of Endocrinology and Metabolic disorders, including thyroid and adrenal diseases, osteoporosis, hormonal imbalances and more
Work in collaboration with physicians and advanced practice clinicians on the team and across departments
Focus on seeing patients 18 years of age and older
Manage an average of 16–20 patients per day
