This role involves providing end-user support for both onsite and offsite environments, ensuring the smooth functioning of hardware, software, and related systems. Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in technical support or desktop system administration.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and growth.
  • Experience with Office 365 applications and account management.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts, including adding, removing, and updating group memberships and passwords.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve desktop issues for end-users, including remote support.
  • Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
  • Respond to incoming calls, tickets, and emails regarding technical issues.
  • Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes (MAC) for hardware and software setups.
  • Provide support for Office 365 applications across PC, Apple, and mobile platforms.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors and maintain inventory of physical, virtual, and software assets.
