Sentinel is seeking an End User Support Specialist to provide on-site technical support for one of our valued clients. This role is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing desktops and laptops, performing system imaging and re-imaging, and ensuring all devices are secure, compliant, and operating at peak performance. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, collaborative, and maintains a high level of professionalism in a client-facing environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based at client locations in Chicago, IL.
