About The Position
Leads others to locate and isolate complex computing delivery systems or network problems. Escalates problems as appropriate. Provides and coordinates complex computing delivery systems configuration management. Leads others to ensure computing and delivery systems orders meet end-user expectations. Performs complex end-user training.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
- An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

- Ensure computing and delivery systems orders meet end-user expectations.
