This End User Engineer role directly impacts the day-to-day experience of every Zumiez employee—from store associates to corporate teams. By combining engineering, automation, and user support, the End User Engineer ensures technology is not a blocker but an enabler of the brand’s culture, agility, and customer experience. The End User Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting the technology experience for Zumiez end users across stores, distribution centers, and the home office. This role bridges Service Desk operations and platform engineering by owning endpoint systems, automation, and user-facing infrastructure to deliver a scalable, reliable, and modern workplace experience. This position plays a critical role in enabling productivity across retail stores, corporate employees, and distribution operations through continuous improvement of endpoint management, identity services, and support tooling. The DSAR Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) in compliance with applicable U.S. state privacy laws and Canadian privacy legislation. The DSAR portion of the role serves as both an operational responsibility and a strategic engineering objective: while continuing to fulfill DSAR obligations, the role is expected to learn the DSAR lifecycle end-to-end and then design and build an automated, scalable process. While serves as the central point of contact for all consumer privacy requests, ensuring timely responses within applicable regulatory deadlines across U.S. and Canadian jurisdictions, while coordinating with internal teams and an external privacy advisory partner to fulfill obligations accurately and completely.
