The End-User Computing Senior Engineer is responsible for the architecture, design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of the Bank's End-User Computing (EUC) environment. This role serves as a senior technical resource for enterprise desktop technologies, virtual desktop infrastructure, endpoint management platforms, mobile device management, and related end-user services. Working as part of the Information Technology team, the End-User Computing Senior Engineer partners closely with Customer Support, Infrastructure Services, Information Security, and other technology teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable end-user computing solutions. The role provides advanced engineering expertise, resolves complex infrastructure issues, develops automation solutions, and contributes to the strategic direction of the Bank's workplace technology environment. The position focuses on designing, optimizing, and maintaining modern end-user computing platforms that support business operations while maintaining high standards of security, performance, and user experience. The Senior Engineer leverages deep technical knowledge, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance service delivery, streamline operational processes, and support the Bank's long-term technology objectives. Operating with a high degree of independence and technical leadership, the End-User Computing Senior Engineer influences technology decisions, mentors team members, identifies opportunities for improvement, and helps drive the roadmap for end-user technology solutions throughout the organization.
