About The Position

MarketStar is hiring a Spanish speaking End-to-End Inside Sales Representative to represent our Mailchimp client, a world-class business marketing tool. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic growth journey at the forefront of emerging technology, as Mailchimp continues expanding into the LATAM market. This is a true end-to-end sales role, where the Inside Sales Representative owns the full sales lifecycle. You will work directly with inbound leads, qualify and nurture them, convert them into opportunities, and ultimately close new business. You are fully responsible for managing both top-of-funnel lead engagement and bottom-of-funnel deal closure. Success in this role requires strong pipeline ownership, disciplined follow-up, and the ability to efficiently move prospects through each stage of the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 6–12 months of full-cycle B2B sales experience as an individual contributor or 12–24 months of SDR experience with demonstrated progression into closing responsibilities (SaaS/IT Services preferred)
  • Experience in a software vendor, SaaS, or system integrator environment is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, opportunity management, and closing
  • Strong skills in discovery, objection handling, and closing, with the ability to convert inbound demand into revenue
  • Demonstrated ability to own and manage a pipeline, balancing high lead volume with active opportunities
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong sales acumen with a solution-oriented mindset and a focus on delivering a best-in-class customer experience
  • Highly collaborative while also being self-sufficient and accountable in an end-to-end role
  • Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technologies
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical and business value propositions via phone, video, and email
  • Strong communication skills with a confident sales presence and presentation ability
  • Adaptable, organized, and able to prioritize effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Execute against a monthly/quarterly revenue target within the SMB segment
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close, including inbound lead management, qualification, opportunity creation, and deal closure
  • Manage a consistent flow of inbound leads across multiple channels, converting them into qualified pipeline and revenue
  • Maintain full ownership of your pipeline, actively managing both leads and opportunities to ensure timely progression and follow-ups
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Mailchimp product suite, with the ability to shorten the sales cycle using an effective sales methodology
  • Serve as a product and service advocate, building interest and awareness of Mailchimp’s value proposition
  • Execute effective sales strategies to maximize lead-to-customer conversion rates
  • Provide ongoing account management to support customers’ technology strategy, implementation, and future needs
  • Collaborate with leadership and the client to identify strategies and process improvements to drive revenue growth
