Continental is seeking an End of Line Inspector (EOL) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting tires after they have been removed from the conveyor, programming them on a computer screen, scanning their barcodes, and then moving them back onto the conveyor. Occasional stacking of tires onto pallets is also part of the responsibilities. Safety is paramount in this role, and adherence to all safety procedures and guidelines, including wearing required safety gear like hearing protection and steel-toe shoes, is mandatory. New hires will likely be placed on a shift that includes evenings and weekends. The work environment is non-climate controlled, exposing employees to temperature swings, forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise. The role involves various physical tasks such as lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.
