As an End Finisher I (2nd Shift), you'll play an important role in preparing and finishing products to meet customer specifications while supporting safe and efficient operations throughout our manufacturing facility. Requirements
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work safely in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
- Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or industrial experience preferred.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with painting, paint stenciling, hydrostatic testing, phosphating, drifting, and honing operations.
- Operating forklifts and moving material throughout the facility.
- Loading and unloading material racks.
- Learning and maintaining product traceability requirements.
- Supporting housekeeping efforts to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
