About The Position

As an Encryption & Post-Quantum Architect, you’ll be part of our Corporate IT Team working as a Remote employee. You’ll get to develop and maintain enterprise cryptographic architecture standards and technical guidance. You will maintain visibility into cryptographic assets, certificates, keys, encryption dependencies, and cryptographic trust relationships across the enterprise. You will lead post-quantum cryptography readiness assessments and cryptographic inventory initiatives. You will evaluate vendor, supplier, and technology partner readiness for post-quantum cryptography migration. You will develop cryptographic modernization and remediation roadmaps. You will identify cryptographic risks, technical debt, and improvement opportunities. You will partner with infrastructure, application, cloud, manufacturing, and product teams to drive remediation activities. You will provide technical leadership for PKI, certificate lifecycle management, encryption services, cryptographic controls, and digital trust technologies. You will support security reviews, audits, and regulatory compliance initiatives involving encryption and cryptographic controls. You will develop metrics and reporting related to cryptographic maturity, readiness, and risk reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in information security, enterprise architecture, infrastructure engineering, security architecture, or related technical disciplines.
• Experience with PKI, certificate management, key management systems, and cryptographic protocols.
• Experience developing technical standards and enterprise architecture guidance.
• Experience supporting cloud and hybrid enterprise environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with NIST cryptographic standards and post-quantum cryptography initiatives.
• Experience with certificate lifecycle automation and enterprise PKI programs.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operational technology, or global enterprise environments.
• CISSP, CCSP, SABSA, TOGAF, or comparable certifications.
• Experience conducting enterprise-wide technology assessments and remediation programs.
