Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing for 8–12 hours.
- On time every time, dependable, and possess reliable transportation.
- Calm, data-driven problem solver who is detail-oriented.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or an FDA-regulated industry is a significant plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate, disassemble, clean, sanitize, reassemble, and stage the encapsulation and capsule polisher machines.
- Ensure the seamless production of high-quality dietary supplements in a sterile, cGMP-compliant environment.
- Assist in operating and monitoring encapsulation machines to ensure a consistent flow of product and zero downtime.
- Disassemble and reassemble machine components for cleaning, performance adjustments, and minor repairs using common hand tools.
- Inspect capsules for compliance, segregate non-conforming materials, and ensure all products meet strict weight and seal specifications.
- Maintain accurate batch records, quality metrics, and daily production reports in accordance with 21 CFR Part 111 and FDA regulations.
- Prepare auxiliary equipment and the encapsulation suite for production; maintain a "clean-as-you-go" sterile workspace.
- Act as a vital link between the production floor and the Team Lead to ensure machines remain running and targets are met.
